Broadcom the largest chip maker looking forward to buy Qualcomm for $130 Billion.
A largest chip manufacturer and supplier Broadcom,offers to Qualcomm inc. It wants Qualcomm to sell its shares to Broadcom so it can become a largest technology supplier, and will become the world's third largest semiconductor following Intel . Broadcom proposal to Qualcomm came few days after it came to know about the news of apple planning to remove Qualcomm from its hardware due to Qualcomm's monopolistic practices to prevent Apple from sourcing key components from its competitors .
As per report Apple might be migrate the contract from Qualcomm to other companies such as mediaTek and intel corp.
